Build-operate-transfer for AI-native engineering teams
Scoros International sets up a dedicated engineering team for your company in [ACTIVE LOCATIONS]: senior engineers who build with AI tools every day. We hire them, run the operation, and give you a written option to take the whole team in-house.
Why companies come to us
If you run engineering at a company of 50 to 500 people, you want capacity you control, built for the way software is written now.
Every engineer works only on your product, inside your repos, rituals and tools. You set priorities and approve every hire. The code and IP belong to you from the first commit, and the contract spells out how you take the team in-house.
What you control and what we handle →We hire for AI-assisted development and train for it. The result is a smaller, more senior team that ships more, and one that can also build AI features, agents and internal automations for your business.
What AI-native means in practice →3 · Cost. A team abroad usually costs less than the same seniority hired locally, and we are open about every line of it. It's a good reason to talk to us, but it shouldn't be the main one.
AI-native engineering teams
AI tools have changed what a good engineering team looks like. We build teams around that from the first job description.
Our assessments test how candidates work with AI coding assistants: writing clear specs, reviewing generated code, catching what the model got wrong. Good engineering judgment comes first.
A senior engineer with AI tools covers ground that used to take several people. We size teams for output, not headcount, so you manage fewer people and get more shipped.
The same team can build AI into your product and your operations: LLM features, agents, retrieval and search, and automations for internal workflows.

How it works
One contract, three phases. You know from the start how the team is built, who runs what, and how it becomes yours.
Location choice, entity and office setup, recruiting to your bar, AI-tooling setup and onboarding.
We run HR, payroll, legal, finance, workspace and retention. You run the roadmap and the code.
When you choose, the team, and if you want it the entity, moves to you on terms agreed in writing up front.
Locations
We only list locations where we can set up and run a team right now, with working-hour overlap with North America.
